2. Services Offered

We offer hair, skin, makeup, nail and bridal beauty services as described on our website.

Service descriptions, images and results shown on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual results may vary from person to person depending on individual skin type, hair type, condition and other factors.

3. Appointment Booking & Online Advance Payment

• Appointments can be booked through our website, phone or WhatsApp.
• For selected services, an online advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Your appointment slot is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received.
• The advance amount paid online is adjusted against your final bill at the salon.
• Any remaining balance is payable at the time of receiving the service.
• Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.
• We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, payment provider or internet connectivity. However, we will reasonably assist in resolving payment discrepancies.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• Cancelled 24 hours or more before the appointment: the advance amount may be refunded or adjusted against a future booking, subject to the applicable salon policy.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a no-show: the advance amount may be non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: one free reschedule may be allowed if requested at least 12 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.
• Further changes or repeated rescheduling may be subject to availability and the applicable booking policy.
• Where a refund is approved, it may be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking system.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may be indicative and may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, if any, may be charged additionally. Special offers are valid only for the period and terms specified and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

6. Health & Safety Disclosure

You should inform our staff before receiving a service about any allergies, known skin sensitivities, medical conditions or pregnancy that may be relevant to the service being requested.

We take reasonable precautions while providing our services. However, we cannot be responsible for reactions or complications resulting from information that was not disclosed to us in advance.

7. Photography & Portfolio Use

We may photograph or record client transformations, including bridal looks, for our portfolio, website, social media or promotional purposes.

If you do not wish your photographs or videos to be used for these purposes, please inform our staff before your appointment so that your preference can be noted.

8. Client Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We expect all customers to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where a customer behaves in an abusive, threatening, unsafe or materially disruptive manner towards our staff, other clients or the salon.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in delivering our services, Gunjan Beauty World shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, graphics and design elements, is owned by or lawfully used by Gunjan Beauty World.
